Sky Online Assessment Walkthrough

Throughout the assessments, a range of questions will be asked. The focus is on understanding candidates' behavioral and cognitive strengths. The assessment is untimed but typically takes no more than 60 minutes to complete. Candidates should aim to complete all questions in one sitting, with flexibility to tackle them in any order.


For some questions, participants will need to rank a selection of responses. The emphasis is on authenticity in responses, encouraging candidates to avoid altering answers to match perceived expectations. The aim is to uncover genuine strengths.


In other questions, candidates will be required to analyze, interpret, and calculate information, so it's advisable to have a calculator, pen, and paper on hand. Certain roles may involve identifying patterns and demonstrating logical reasoning skills.
