• Adapt to changing requirements and learn new things
• Build trusting relationships and earn credibility with customers and colleagues
3. 1v1 Interviews
During this stage, there are many questions, primarily focused on structure, beginning with motivation: why apply for this position? The questions mainly revolve around competency-based inquiries, and it is important to prepare several examples that align with NatWest values.
