Throughout this assessment, you will be presented with a range of assessment material including audio and video clips, emails, extracts from instant messaging conversations and articles. There will be five tiles within the assessment. Within each tile, you will be presented with questions which will focus on different areas of your life from how you work with others, to what values you hold.
The assessment is not timed, but you should aim to complete it in one sitting and we recommend allowing up to 45 minutes to complete it.
1. Situational Judgement Test
Situational Judgement Test is a test used to assess someone's decision making and judgement. The candidate will be presented with a work-like situation and a number of possible actions/responses they could take.
2. Personality Test
Candidates need reflect on their strengths and preferences by responding to the questions in this stage. There are no standard answers for them.
