The assessment includes situational judgement test (20-30 minutes), aptitude assessment (15 minutes) and personality assessment (no time limit).
1. Situational Judgement Test
You will be presented with typical scenarios. The test should take you between 20-30 minutes to complete (note: each question is set at 10 minutes which should allow you with plenty of time to get through each question.)
You need to react to the 4 options based on the given scenario (select your Most and Least responses to the question). There are 14 questions in total.
2. Aptitude Assessment
Aptitude Assessment consists of numerical reasoning test, verbal reasoning test and logical easoning test. You will have 15 minutes to complete the assessment. It is unlikely that you will finish all 50 questions before time expires, but do your best to answer as many as you can.
2.1 Numerical Reasoning Test
This test measures the ability to understand, interpret, and logically evaluate numerical information. This test contains 5 question sets. Each question set has a time limit of 3 minutes and contains 3 questions. In total, you will have 15 minutes to answer 15 questions.
2.2. Verbal Reasoning Test
This test measures the ability to evaluate, reason and conceptualise with words and sentences.
2.3. Logical Reasoning Test
This part includes graphical reasoning, analogical reasoning and true-false reasoning questions.
5. Personality Test
The purpose of this assessment is to describe your perceptions of yourself and your behavior on a typical work day. This assessment helps evaluate if you'd be happy and comfortable in a position.
This section has a total of 28 pages and each page includes 5 questions. There is no time limit for this assessment.
