The assessment includes Aptitude Assessment and Workplace Behaviour Assessment.
1. Aptitude Assessment
This test consists of three mini-games, totaling approximately 15 minutes in duration.
Game 01 - Grid Lock (9 rounds)
The goal of Grid Lock is to fit all of the puzzle pieces into the grid area as quickly as possible. Grid Lock assesses your ability to problem solve and use your visual and spatial abilities to complete the grid.
Game 02 - Numbubbles (10 rounds)
The goal of Numbubbles is to pop bubbles containing an equation that equals the target number. Numbubbles will measure your ability to use mathematics and quickly calculate basic formulas to pop the right bubbles.
Don't forget you need to pop all the correct bubbles before each short round ends.
Game 03 - Proof It
The goal of Proof It is to identify as many misspelled words and punctuation errors as possible within the provided time. Proof It will measure your ability to quickly and accurately read passages and identify typos, punctuation, and grammatical errors.
For this game you will be shown a number of documents that need proofreading. The errors will be scattered throughout the text and may include typos, missing words or punctuation, grammatical errors etc.
Selecting an area in the document where there is no error will result in an incorrect mark. Be careful! If you get three incorrect marks, the game will move on to the next document.
2. Workplace Behaviour Assessment
The purpose of this assessment is to describe your perceptions of yourself and your behavior on a typical workday. This assessment helps evaluate if you would be happy and comfortable in a position.
