The Forvis Mazars Assessment Center consists of three parts: Case Study Exercise, Group Discussion, and Q&A Session, with the Q&A session being unscored.
Case Study Exercise
You will have 35 minutes to complete an email and a summary. After completing both, you will have 10 minutes to write a reflection, where you will briefly explain how you approached and completed the case study. The system supports copy-and-paste functionality.
Group Discussion
5 minutes to review materials:
Each participant will quickly review their own materials.
20 minutes group discussion:
The group will collaborate to rank six initiatives in order of priority, aiming to reach a consensus within the allocated time.
Unexpected changes:
During the discussion, the Assessor may introduce sudden conditions. Be prepared to adapt quickly and adjust the direction of the discussion accordingly.
5 minutes for presentation:
The group will present their reasoning, pros, and cons to the Assessor. Each participant must speak, so it’s recommended to assign speaking roles in advance.
Additional questions:
After the discussion, the Assessor may ask individual follow-up questions, such as, "What was your initial reaction to the Case?"
Q&A Session
This is not scored, so you can relax a bit. Use this opportunity to ask about the role, the company, or anything else relevant. It’s a rare chance to make a positive impression!
