The assessment consists of 62 questions and is not timed, but you should complete it in one sitting. You solve the problems in different work situation, which mainly consists of situational judgement test (SJT), personality test and numerical reasoning test (NRT).
1. Situational Judgement Test
Situational judgement tests assess your ability to choose the most appropriate action in workplace situations. The assessment is designed to assess how you would handle situations that you could encounter in the job you are applying for.

2. Personality Test
The questions require you to move the dots on the horizontal axis left and right. You should dag the slider to the position along the scale which best describes your preferred way of working, You may drag the slider to any position you like, but make sure that you either click on it or move it from its starting position first.
3. Numerical Reasoning Test
This section consists entirely of math problems, including simple chart analysis and calculations. You will be shown 12 questions in total, with each question appearing on a separate page. On each page, there will be an information source and a question related to this source below. The questions are untimed.
