The assessment includes a Situational Judgement Test, Behavioural Assessment and Cognitive Ability Assessment (SHL). The Situational Judgement Test and Behavioural Assessment are not timed, and the Cognitive Ability Assessment lasts 18 minutes.

1. Situational Judgement Test

Situational Judgement Test is a test used to assess someone's decision making and judgement. The candidate will be presented with a work-like situation and a number of possible actions/responses they could take.

2. Behavioural Assessment

The behavioural questionnaire is designed for the company to understand your working styles and preferences better. It is untimed, but you are advised to spend no more than 20 minutes completing it. Please read each question carefully and select the answer that best reflects you. Answer each question accurately and honestly to assess if the role is a good fit.

Try to take the assessment in one sitting. If you need to take a break and continue later, that's okay. You can go back and change your last response, but you cannot go back further than that.

2. Cognitive Ability Assessment

This assessment measures your inductive, deductive, and numerical reasoning abilities. It is timed and takes a maximum of 18 minutes to complete.

2.1. Calendar and Daily Planner Questions

This section will either give you the scheduling requirements for several people to schedule a time that is convenient for all, or it will give you the scheduling requirements for several work tasks and ask you to schedule those tasks throughout the day as required.

Calendar Questions: You need to focus on each person's work scheduling requirements, reasonably extrapolate the time available to each person, and then mark all the dates on the calendar on which each person is available.

Daily Planner Questions:You need to focus on the work task scheduling requirements (e.g., how long each task takes, the order in which they need to be scheduled, etc.), and then rationalize the available time slots for each work task in the day timeline by filling them in separately.

2.2. Labelling and Sorting

This part will give you the requirements for each person's location arrangement, allowing you to match their room or seat to the task based on known information; or it will give you some numerical (e.g., sales, scores, etc.) hints of information for each character, allowing you to deduce the sequential ranking of each person based on the information.

Labelling: For labeling (arranging the position of characters or matters), you have to focus on each person's positional arrangement requirements (e.g., adjacency issues, directional issues, etc.), and you have to start with the known information first, and then extrapolate everyone's positional arrangement through the positional relationships between characters.

Sorting: For sequencing questions, you need to focus on the value of each character or each matter, prioritizing the known values to start with, so as to deduce the relationship between all the characters or matters in order of size.

2.3. Data analysis (Pie Chart\Bar Chart\Line Chart)

This test measures the ability to understand, interpret, and logically evaluate numerical information. Rather than presenting you with a set of response options from which to choose.

The questions will give relevant information, and you will need to form your answer based on this information by dragging the legend on a bar chart, pie chart, or line chart.

The calculations involved in this part are generally not very large, and you will need to pay attention to the legend and match your answer to the legend.

2.4. Tap to fill the next image in the sequence

You need to reasonably deduce the pattern of transformation of the elements in the graphs based on the several graphs given in the question and give the answer.

Carefully observe the transformation of elements between several figures given in the question, and generally consider the laws of graphical reasoning such as rotation, symmetry, elemental turnover, and quantitative relationships.

2.5. Drag the line to finish the sequence

you are required to drag the line to finish the given sequence. The question presents several nodes, each marked with a unique identifier, and some nodes are already connected with lines, indicating relationships between them.
