Azets Online Assessment Walkthrough

The assessment consists of personality test, inductive reasoning test (IRT) and numerical reasoning test (NRT), each in the form of four staff conversations. The questions are presented in the form of dialogues. You will only have 1 minute and 30 seconds for each question. The assessment usually takes about 20 minutes to complete.


1. Personality Test

Here is an actual sample for a personality test. You can choose an option from 1 to 5, which ranges from strongly agree to strongly disagree.

2. Inductive Reasoning Test

Inductive reasoning tests are used to test the logical problem solving ability of each candidate. This section consists of numerical reasoning and graphical reasoning questions. Each question has a time limit of 1 minute and 30 seconds.

3.Numerical Reasoning Test

This test measures the ability to understand interpret, and logically evaluate numerical information. For each question set, you will be presented with numerical information, in the form of other a graph, table, or sentences.
