2. Micro Exercise
In this exercise, imagine that you have joined RSM and are preparing for a meeting with a senior manager.
The purpose of the meeting is for you to share your thoughts on a special research project you've been assigned to relating to companies' commitment to Environmental, Social and Governance(ESG).
You will have 8 minutes to prepare your thoughts, and you will then share these with the assessor in an informal presentation, followed by a Q&A period.
3. Strength-based Interview
Assessors will ask the candidates about the motivation, some randomly cases such as how to arrange your time.
If you need the real cases for RSM Assessment Centre, you can place the order and practice before your formal assessment now!
The document only contains Form, Role Player and Micro Exercise. The Strength-based Interview are very subjective, which is up to the assessor you meet in the assessment.
