Bloomberg Plum Discovery Survey process introduction

Updated: Dec 6, 2024

There will be questions that measure your problem solving skills, priorities and preferences, and your social interactions(nothing scary, we promise), which about 25 minutes to complete(no time limit though).

Please make sure you are well rested and in a distraction-free environment.

1. Priorities and Preferences (20 questions)

In this section, you will see positive and negative phrases. Some may perfectly reflect who you are and others may not, and that's okay. Between the three phrases, choose the one that is most like you and the one that is least like you. You can only choose one on each side and you cannot select the same phrase as being "most like you" and "least like you."

The the questions are very subjective and randomly in Priorities and Preferences part. We will not provide the suggest answer.

2. Problem Solving (8 questions)

For each puzzle, take a look at the images in the top section. Then, from the bottom row of images, select which piece should come next in the sequence and replace the question mark(?). You won't be timed, so complete the puzzles at your own pace.

The question sequence might change. practicing with our question bank before your formal test can help you pass the assessment soon.

3. "You" Descriptor (5 questions)

In this section, you will be choosing descriptors that are the most like you and the least like you. In some sections, you may feel like there are no descriptors that are an exact reflection of you, but don't worry - selecting the closest available option will still indicate your range of preferences. You can only choose three(3) of each, and you cannot select most and least marks on the same descriptor.

The the questions are very subjective and randomly in Priorities and Preferences part. We will not provide the suggest answer.

4. Social Interaction

Read the work situation described and choose the statement that you believe to be the "least effective" and the "most effective" way to handle it. While several options may reflect how you would (or wouldn't) react, choose one statement as the best way and another statement as the worst way to handle the given situation. You can only select one statement as being the most effective and the least effective on each side and you cannot select both for the same statement.

The Social Interaction questions are very personal, we will provide some suggested answer for this part, but do not just copy the answer, you can adjust the answer by yourself.

Place the order and download the question bank for Bloomberg Plum Discovery Survey, which can help you strongly increase the chance to pass the assessment!
